90 Day Fiancé alum Leida Margaretha revealed her dire financial situation in court amid her split from estranged husband Eric Rosenbrook, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by Us, Margaretha, 36, explained she is not employed at the moment. She said she receives an allowance of $700 from her parents and other government assistance.

She said she has $120 in her savings account, $500 in her checking account and $200 in cash on hand. Her monthly bills include a $300 car note for a 2018 Audi.

In addition, Margaretha said she still owes $10,000 on the loan. She said she owes another $750 in credit card debt, which she makes payments of $75 per month.

The former reality star revealed the details as she asked the court to waive the fees associated with her petition for a legal separation.

As Us first reported, Margaretha filed her petition against Rosenbook, 47, on July 27 after seven years of marriage. The exes wed on July 8, 2018.

In her filing, Margaretha described the marriage as being “broken.” She claimed there were too many “domestic abuse events” during the relationship.

Rosenbrook was arrested on July 5 after he allegedly slapped Margaretha after she complained about his drinking. During questioning, Rosenbrook told officers he might have slapped her.

A couple of days later, Margaretha filed for a temporary restraining order.

In the petition for separation, Margaretha asked the court to award her spousal support in the amount of $7,000 per month, a home in Wisconsin and two other cars.

Margaretha’s attorney Taylor Hart spoke to Us about the tragic situation and said his client denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

Hart told Us, “Today, the cause and manner of Alisa’s death are unknown. Leida is extremely distraught and is still seeking answers for herself.”

“There are many allegations of wrongdoing being levied against Leida. This is no surprise as she has endured years of unfounded negative publicity and social media attention since her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé in [2018]. Leida would have never harmed her child and she adamantly denies any allegations of wrongdoing,” he added.

On top of the divorce, Margaretha was arrested on charges of bail jumping on July 17 after she failed to update her phone number with the court in a separate pending criminal case.
Margaretha told the judge it was a mistake in a letter written from jail.

“This issue has never been [intentional]. I haven’t done that yet just because a few days after I have finally moved and settled in, I lost my child, and since then I haven’t even [thought] about anything other than the death of my child and how devastated I am as a mother,” she said.

The judge ordered Margaretha to be released but did order her to surrender her passport.

Rosenbrook and Margaretha first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé season 6, which aired in 2018.
