Harvey Elliott has been the standout player at the U21 European Championships with a plethora of Premier League experience for Liverpool.
There are a few league rivals in the betting market to sign Elliott but it looks like a move down south is on the cards with Brighton the big favourites but only just ahead of Fulham.

Elliott played or appeared in most games in the Premier League for Liverpool between 2022 and 2024 over the two seasons.
However, in their league-winning campaign was featured 18 times in comparison to 34 the season before.
He could drop out of the regular starting lineup more with the way the team is moving around but has shown this summer that many clubs will be happy to have the 22-year-old.
The midfielder assisted six in the 2023/24 season and got another three goal contributions the season just gone.
Similarly, he was thriving in the Champions League too scoring three in just five appearances and has the experience to be a huge player going forward for Brighton or Fulham.
West Ham have shortened to become the favourites to sign Elliott, but with no movement in talks at this moment, they’re only 3/1 to secure the signing of the Liverpool man.
Forest and Brighton have been in and around the mix to sign Elliott this window but remain co-second favourites at 4/1.
