Arizona State University has unveiled its new premium seating for Mountain America Stadium.
The new field-level loge boxes are for fans who want the best views of the Sun Devils in 2025, and are located behind the north end zone on both sides of the Pat Tillman statue.

“This is a view and an exclusive space unlike any other,” Sun Devils Athletics described back in June.
“Stand next to Pat Tillman. Watch the players run by pre and postgame, and witness the action unfold right in front of you.”
The Sun Devils also announced that the seats in Tempe come with additional perks, including access to the SAF football complex where fans can use the restrooms, as well as having all-inclusive food and beverages served.
Fans even receive one complimentary parking pass as part of the seating package.
There are a few caveats, though.
In total, ASU have 12 four-person boxes available per game, which are listed at $20,000 for the season. Therefore, this equates to $5,000 per person.
Furthermore, with the Sun Devils only playing seven regular-season home games at Mountain America Stadium, when averaged out one seat would cost an average of $715 per person.
Blake Niemann of Fox 10 Phoenix posted a video of the new field-level suites, which showcased exactly what fans would really be splashing out on, and the fan reaction went exactly as expected.
“Pop up tents and folding chairs for $5,000 a seat. What a bargain,” one user posted on X.
“What in the poverty? This is the best y’all got for 5 grand? You couldn’t pay me to sit here,” another user wrote.

“As an ASU fan this is pretty mediocre. Need to get an area with more shade and air conditioning if you’re going to charge that price,” a third fan wrote.
A fourth fan hit out at the Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) era, where they suggested that college programs like ASU are just trying anything and everything to cash in.
“NIL era: everything is about generating the next buck so the AD can pay the athletes. This legitimately sucks,” the third fan wrote. “Gillette Stadium has a similar accommodation that’s field-level and costs closer to $500-700 a seat. Clearly geared toward companies that can throw cash away.”
Other caveats include the fact that the view of the field is a limited one, and there are no monitors available for fans to get access to alternate angles of the game as would be broadcasted live.
After finishing with a losing 3-9 record in both 2022 and 2023 when in the Pac-12 Conference, the Sun Devils posted their best record since 1996 by winning 11 of their 14 contests last season.
As a result, ASU won the conference championship in the first season as part of the actively-expanding Big 12 Conference.
Third-year head coach Kenny Dillingham is hoping to lead his alma mater to a similar record in the 2025 campaign, with ASU entering 2025 ranked as the 11th best team in the country.
They will once again be led by standout quarterback Sam Leavitt, who is touted as one of the best signal callers in the West.
Arizona State will be without star running back Cam Skattebo this time around, after he was drafted to the NFL in the fourth-round by the New York Giants.
Nonetheless, confidence and expectations are running high, with ASU expected to win the Big 12 title again and secure its place in the NCAA postseason.
“This season, we’ll focus on opening up things, with a lot more controlled passing,” Leavitt said, via Forbes. “And there are some new things on my task list that I’m pretty excited about for this season.”
Hopefully some fans have $20,000 of cash lying around to purchase a premium box will be repaid with high-level football.
