A judge has dismissed Scott Wolf’s case against estranged wife Kelley Wolf for allegedly violating a restraining order.

The motion was granted by a Utah judge on Tuesday, January 27, after the Summit County District Attorney’s Office filed to dismiss the case without prejudice, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, January 29. The decision was made “as part of a global resolution” alongside a request to dismiss a separate case against Kelley, 49, over allegedly harassing Scott, 57.

People was the first to report the news.

Us reached out to a rep for Scott for comment. Kelley’s attorney did not provide a comment.

Scott Wolf Awarded Restraining Order, Temporary Sole Custody of Kids

Kelley was charged with one count of misdemeanor electronic communication harassment and two counts of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information in August 2025 following multiple incidents involving her estranged husband. A hearing in the case was scheduled for Tuesday, but it was delayed for six months until July 28, People reported, citing additional court filings.

In December 2025, a Utah court granted Scott’s oral request to dismiss the amended temporary protective order against Kelley. Any protective orders that were previously issued are no longer active.

Scott and Kelley entered a legal battle in June 2025 when the Party of Five alum filed for divorce from the former reality TV personality.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott said in a statement to People. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

Meanwhile, Kelley wrote via Instagram, “It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage. This has been a long, quiet journey for me — rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion.”

Scott and Kelley tied the knot in 2004 and share kids Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Along with his divorce paperwork, the actor filed a “proposed parenting plan,” according to court records viewed by Us at the time.

A few days after the divorce announcement, Kelley shared a video of herself being detained by law enforcement officers. She later revealed that she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold. Scott was subsequently granted temporary custody of their kids and given a temporary restraining order against Kelley, which was lifted in July 2025.

Scott Wolf Faces Off With Ex Kelley in Court After Report She Left Rehab

Kelley was later arrested on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information after she allegedly shared confrontational social media posts, including ones that shared Scott’s personal contact information. She was released from jail on August 28, 2025 — the same day that the court granted a new restraining order against her.

In a September 2025 hearing, Kelley told a judge that she planned to get mental health treatment.

The actress wrote via her Instagram Story at the time, “I am in my hometown waiting for a court hearing. I have no record. I do not abuse drugs or alcohol. I am a mother. Leave me alone. I have lost everything. I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman and I would appreciate someone saying … I love you. Welcome home. You did nothing but fight for your family.”
