The debt includes $180,000 owed to his landlord for back rent and repairs, $120,000 owed for back rent for his former office space, another $230,000 for a loan provided by a man named Tom McCormack, $250,000 owed to a company named High Velocity Admin, $50,000 to his lawyer, Michael Finely, and another $20,000 to another law firm.

The total of the debt is $850,000. Phypers, 53, filed for divorce Richards, 54, in June after six years of marriage. He claimed Richards earned over $250,000 per month from her OnlyFans, appearances and television appearances.

A couple of days later, Richards filed court docs pleading for a restraining order against Phypers. She accused him of being abusive throughout their marriage. She included photos of her alleged injuries to support her allegations.

During a trial on the restraining order, Richards testified that Phypers’ abuse resulted in her sustaining multiple black eyes during the relationship.

Phypers adamantly denied all claims of abuse. He claimed Richards fell and hurt herself, and said he never touched or threatened her.

Following his testimony, Phypers was arrested outside the court on October 17. Phypers was released from jail hours later after posting bond. He was officially charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat. He is facing years in prison if convicted.

On November 7, Richards was granted a permanent restraining order against Phypers. The order prohibits Phypers from coming near her or sending her any form of communication.

As Us previously reported, Phypers is also facing two civil lawsuits over alleged debts. The first was filed by a man named Rupert Perry sued Phypers, claiming Phypers failed to pay his late wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, a refund for treatments done at his wellness center that were not successful. Phypers has yet to respond to the case. A source close to Phypers previously denied he was responsible for the refund and claimed the company that performed the service should pay Perry.

In addition, Phypers and Richards were sued by their former landlord for unpaid rent on a mansion in Calabasas, California. The actress moved out of the home in late 2023 amid marriage issues, but Phypers and his family have continued to live in the home.
