Jen Shah’s latest anniversary with husband Coach Sharrieff Shah looks a little different this year.
Despite being in the middle of her prison sentence, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star found a way to celebrate her marriage with a new photo from behind bars.
“
8.27.1994,” Jen, 51, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, August 27, when marking 31 years with Sharrieff, 54.
In the photo, Jen smiled for the camera as she posed in her prison gear. As for Sharrieff, he wrapped his arm around the reality star as he wore an Under Armour polo and casual shorts.

According to the image, the photo timestamp was listed as July 6 at 1:23 local time. Us Weekly has reached out to Jen’s team for additional comment.
Before sharing a rare photo from behind bars, Jen took to social media and her blog to celebrate a milestone in her marriage.
“Happy 31st Anniversary today to me and my baby!” she wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, August 27. “Words cannot express how much I love and appreciate you. You bring so much joy to my life & I am forever thankful for your overwhelming love and support as we approach this next chapter. Thank you for blessing me with two amazing young men. I love you so much & can’t wait to hold you again soon.

In July 2022, Jen pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud after previously entering a not guilty plea.
She was later sentenced to six and a half years in prison with five years of supervised release. The Bravo star began her sentence in February 2023 at Bryan Prison Camp in Texas.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate records, Jen is now scheduled to be released in August 2026.

While much of Jen’s life behind prison remains a private matter — unlike her stint on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City — fans occasionally receive updates from the controversial reality star.
In March, Jen wrote a post for a blog and said she was in “great spirits” after receiving “loving messages” from her fans.
“The consistent love and admiration from my supporters, my loving family and my faith keeps me going as I make it through this rehabilitative journey of coming home soon,” she said. “I remain consistent in my passion for fitness and helping other inmates achieve similar goals. You will see more soon.”
