Kelly Clarkson is still grieving the passing of her late ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, but she’s grieving in style.
The singer was spotted rocking a $22,000 tarot card necklace in one of her first public sightings following Blackstock’s death. The pendant is said to symbolize hope and healing in trying times.
Clarkson’s ex-husband, Blackstock, passed away in early August following a private three-year battle with cancer.
Kelly Clarkson’s New Jewelry Signifies Renewal And Healing

Clarkson was recently spotted at LAX with her sister and the two children she shared with the late Blackstock. She donned a cowboy hat, sunglasses, and a Sorellina “Le Stelle Tarot Card” necklace.
The exotic jewelry comprises an 18K yellow gold pendant, which, according to the Sorellina website, means “hope, inspiration, positivity, renewal, healing, and rejuvenation.”
The singer’s new piece of jewelry features the image of a female figure kneeling while surrounded by jewels, land, sea, and stars. The production description tags the pendant as a star card, which “shows us that even in the darkest of times, there will always come light.”
It further read, “It serves as a reminder to keep a renewed sense of hope during difficult periods and your courage will be rewarded.”
“There’s a feeling of magic as she lets go of what no longer serves her to welcome in a new, peaceful chapter of life. The ultimate message of the card is to dream big and open yourself to new ideas and opportunities,” the description added.
As confirmed by Page Six, Clarkson’s new piece of jewelry also features diamonds, black onyx, and sapphire. It costs $22,500 as a pendant alone and a total of $27,000 with a matching chain.
The Singer Reportedly Feels Some Guilt About Her Late Ex-Husband’s Health Issues

Clarkson went through a bitter divorce from Blackstock three years before the talent manager died. Although their love story had come to a definitive end, they maintained a co-parenting relationship with each other.
According to sources reported by The Blast, the “American Idol” winner is still struggling with guilt following her late husband’s death. She is worried that their divorce may have contributed to his cancer struggle.
The insider noted that while Clarkson isn’t blaming herself for Blackstock’s diagnosis, she is well aware of how stress can play a huge role in making someone “more susceptible to cancer.”

Blackstock died in his home in Butte, Montana, surrounded by his family. No autopsy was carried out on him, and his body was cremated.
Kelly Clarkson Postponed Her Las Vegas Residency Shortly Before Blackstock Died

One day before Blackstock died, Clarkson shared a worrying post on Instagram, telling her followers that the late talent manager’s health was fast deteriorating.
She then announced the cancellation of the remainder of her August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas, saying that she wanted to be present for her two children.
“My children’s father has been ill, and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them. I am sincerely sorry to everyone who bought tickets to the shows, and I so appreciate your grace, kindness, and understanding,” Clarkson wrote.
The Singer Was Not Spotted At Her Late Ex-Husband’s Private Memorial

After Blackstock passed away, news came to light that he had a partner named Brittney Marie Jones. She was a former assistant to Clarkson.
As The Blast reported, Jones held a private memorial service in Montana to honor Blackstock's memory. The service took place in the late talent manager’s residence, and several loved ones were present to share how much he meant to them. However, Clarkson was not seen at the memorial.
An insider noted that the service was an emotional gathering filled with humorous and heartwarming stories of Blackstock’s “pranks.”
The insider added that attendees walked and hiked “the roads Brandon loved so much” as a tribute to him.
